How often should I visit the dentist?
In order to keep your smile looking and feeling great (as well as problem-free), you should visit your dentist at least twice a year for a standard checkup and cleaning. This is often enough that it’ll give our dentists a good chance to catch most dental issues while they are still small and easy to treat.
When should I bring my child in for their first dental appointment?
According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, a child should have their first dental appointment within 6 months of their first tooth erupting or by their first birthday.
Can you fix my cavity?
Yes, we can! For small cavities, we can typically fix them using a tooth-colored filling. If it is somewhat large, we may need to use a dental crown. In either case, we’ll make sure that your tooth looks and feels great afterward.
What can you do about my missing teeth?
We can help you replace them, that’s what! If you’re missing a single tooth or a few right next to each other, we can restore them using a dental bridge. If your tooth loss is a little more extensive, we can make you a comfortable and natural-looking denture.
However, for a more permanent solution, we may suggest that you get dental implants. Compared to other tooth replacements, they look better, last longer, and have much more stability. Plus, unlike other local dental practices, we won’t have to refer you to a specialist to get them!
What should I do if I experience a dental emergency?
If you or a loved one suffers a dental emergency, be sure to call us as soon as you can. We’ll make an appointment to see you as soon as possible, and our team will even walk you through helpful first-aid over the phone.
Can you improve the appearance of my smile?
We can, and we can do it in a multitude of ways. We can help you whiten your smile in the comfort of your own home with one of our custom-made kits, we can give you a complete makeover with porcelain veneers, and much more. All of our cosmetic treatments can be tailored to give you the exact results that you want, so the only limit is your imagination.
Will you accept my dental insurance?
Our practice is happy to accept most dental insurance plans, and we are even an in-network provider for Delta Dental. To learn about how we can help you use your coverage, simply contact us today.
